  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (put your ice cream near stove to soften).
  2. In large bowl, whisk eggs.
  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  4. Mix in soft ice cream until smooth.
  5. Pour into pie shells.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees.
  7. Bake 35 miinutes - until center is set.
