Directions

  1. Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flours, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  6. Turn out and let cool on a wire rack.
