Awesome Shrimp Salad Sandwiches
"My sister makes these for special occasions. She normally cuts these into finger sandwiches for snacks. When they are served they go very quickly!"

ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb cooked shrimp
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 -4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 celery (diced)
- 8 slices white bread
directions
- In food processor place 1 shrimp until finely chopped. Add mayo, lemon juice, tabasco & pepper.
- Corsley chop 1/4 lb shrimp with celery.
- Trim crusts & serve.

Good salad! I had to add more mayo for my taste as 2 T wasn't enough. I used low fat mayo added in some green onion, omitted the celery. and then put it on a whole wheat tortilla. Thanks, Wendy!
