Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups peanuts
  • 300 g Skor English toffee bits
  • 600 g milk chocolate chips
  • 200 g potato chips, plain ruffled, broken up

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips over super low heat stirring constantly until melted.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir till all ingredients are covered in chocolate. Spoon on parchment paper. They look like they won't stay together but once the chocolate is cooled, they are solid cookies -- keep refrigerated.
