Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 -4 tablespoons any flavored Jello gelatin (start with 2 tbsp and add to desired sweetness, I used 2 tbsp and achieved a great color and flavor)

Directions

  1. Make sure o have a cold bowl and beaters. Combine whipping cream and jello in to bowl. Beat until desired consistency. Serve or store in the fridge.
  2. If you have trouble with some graininess from the jello, combine jello and cream and let sit for a few minutes in the fridge. Then beat as usual.
