- 1 lb beef, cut in chunks
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 bay leaves
directions
- Add olive oil to skillet and roll to coat.
- Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat till desired doneness.
