"This is a version of the clasic B-52 shot that is served in Portugal. As Absinthe is banned in a lot of countries, Anisette or Pernod can be used as substitutes."

  • To serve, light on fire.
  • When the shot is on fire you slap it to extinguish the fire and then you drink it. (Be careful! This step is optional).
