"Very easy- Perfect for when you don't feel like cooking, and still perfect for when you do feel like cooking! Double the sauce if desired. Also, feel free to use cornstarch or flour to thicken the sauce if you want."

  1. Very good flavor. Next time I will thicken the sauce so that it sticks a little better.

  2. Very good and easy. Made it in the frying pan, after browning the chops, added the sauce and simmered for 1/2h, turning once. No runny juices, but nice, thick sauce instead.

  3. I made this for dinner tonight and it is quite good. It is more like a juice than a sauce. I'm not sure if I added 3 tbsp. ketchup or 4. I got distracted. Anyway, my picky-eater grown stepson liked the juice and he is real picky! The only problem I had was I didn't know what to do with the leftover juice. There is a lot left, so next time I may bake them uncovered or split the recipe in half. Otherwise, this was an extremely simple meal; and some nights that's all you want!
