  • Combine sugars and syrup and heat to boiling just long enough to dissolve sugars.
  • Stir in peanut butter and corn flakes.
  • Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan.

  1. these were a hit. the directions were a little unclear as my cornflakes would not all fit into the pot and so i put the cornflakes and peanuts in a large bowl and then after my sugar was melted i added the PB and a little vanilla and dumped it on the cornflake/peanuts and mixed. i did not mix the PB entirely into the sugar mix as i did not want it to get hard on me so i just mixed it all up in the bowl. it worked great and i added some chocolate chips to the top and warmed it so they melted.. i put it in a 13x9 pan and found it easiest to take it out of the pan and cut it into squares on a cutting board. thanks.
