  • Combine all dry spices and blend nicely.
  • coat the back ribs and let stand to marinade for 3 hours or overnight in fridge.
  • Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • place ribs in covered roasting pan place in oven and roast for 2 1/2 hours.
  • combine all ingredients for sauce in a saucepan and bring to gentle boil for 20 min or until reduced by 1/3 or thickened to desired consistency.
  • once ribs have roasted remove from oven and coat with the sauce and place back in oven for 30 minute or bbq for 5 min per side and then coat with sauce and bbg for an additional 5 min per side on low heat.
