  • In a hot skillet, heat oil and bacon grease. Saute garlic until aromatic, about 2 minutes. Add bok choy, mushrooms, salt, and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add stock and soy sauce, simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stir in chives. Serve hot.

  1. Very flavourful! Great way to use bok choy. Next time, I'd probably simmer for no more than 15 minutes so the bok choy maintains a bit of the crunch.
