Love this recipe. I have been making this for a couple years now. I started when my son was just a baby. This was great because he had horrible reflux and he was able to keep this down and it helped him sleep. He LOVED this. Even when he didn't feel well, he would always eat this. I am making it for him now and for my husband and my son is now 3

When my son was younger I used the watered down juice and followed the recipe to a T. Now that he's older, I use Juicy Juice apple juice and bump up the cinnamon a little bit. Sometimes I will add a dash of sugar but not a lot, tsp at most. I also use regular quick oats. When my son was a baby, I would blend it into a powder first but now I just leave them whole. Throw it in my Ninja and it comes out perfect. So yummy the whole family loves it.
