Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 ounces , cooked boneless chicken, shredded
  • 14 potato, baked, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of grated gruyere
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 fluid ounces milk (you can use breast milk or formula if you prefer)
  • half of a tsp fresh chives, chopped

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over a low heat.
  2. Stir in the flour and cook briefly.
  3. Remove from the heat and add the milk, stirring until smooth.
  4. Return to a low heat and stir continuously, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cheese, stirring well.
  6. Finally, add the potato and chicken and stir until warmed through.
  7. Top with the chives.
