Directions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Grease foil lined pan with 1 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
  4. Peel and finely chop 1 garlic clove.
  5. In a small bowl combine softened butter and garlic with a fork.
  6. Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
  7. Brush entire outside of mushroom cap with garlic butter.
  8. Place each cap top side down in greased, aluminum foiled pan.
  9. Finely grate 4 tablespoons of fresh Parmesan cheese into a small bowl.
  10. Sprinkle each mushroom cap with approximately 1/2 tablespoon of grated Parmesan.
  11. Finely slice green onion tops and sprinkle lightly on top of cheese.
  12. Place in oven and broil until cheese has melted completely.
  13. Enjoy!
