ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup bacon bits
- 1 slice American cheese
directions
- slightly beat eggs
- add to pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
- when bottom becomes firm add bacon bits and half the cheese.
- flip.
- add rest of cheese to top until melted.
