Directions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente then set aside.
  2. In a saute' pan heat 3T olive oil then add chicken strips.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Heat 3T olive oil and add garlic and vegetables; saute' for 3 minutes.
  5. Add tomato,water chestnuts and pasta.
  6. Mix and heat until pasta is hot.
  7. Add soy sauce to taste.
