Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. This will be thick, so a stand mixer is useful.
  2. Roll into a tube with plastic wrap, or press into a pan.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut into 15ish bars.
  4. Place in individual baggies.
  5. Enjoy while hiking!
