  1. In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.
  2. Reserve drippings in pan.
  3. In a small bowl, crumble bacon; blend with sour cream.
  4. Cut off ends of tomatoes and cut tomatoes in half.
  5. Saute cut side of tomatoes in bacon drippings; turn over.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Top with sour cream mixture.
  8. Cover; cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
