  • 23 cup milk
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 count) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 cups cooked bacon (crumbled into little pieces)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup sliced green pepper
  • 12 cup sliced onion

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine sliced peppers, onion, cheese and bacon in a mixing bowl.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper. Mix gently.
  • Pour into a 9inch greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top with biscuits. Bake for an additional 11-13 minutes or until biscuits are done.

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
