- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 3⁄4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas, skillet warmed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and diced
- 1 -2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup ranch dressing
directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, saute beef and salt, breaking up meat with a spoon, until meat is browned and no longer pink, about 12 minutes.
- Drain off excess fat.
- To build tacos, divide meat filling equally among tortillas.
- Top with cheese, bacon and lettuce.
- Drizze with ranch dressing over lettuce on each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas in half.
