  1. My son and I made this with ham instead of bacon, skim milk, and lowfat cheese to lower the high fat content. We also microwaved a potato for six minutes, skinned it, and cubed half of it and added it to the dish! Yum! Oh, and a little cilantro if you have it! Steamed carrots on the side!

  2. This is the second time making this frittata. It is very, very good. I cooked mine in a pie plate and served half to each of us. Fifteen minutes was perfect in my oven as it puffed and was beautiful. I melted the butter in the pie plate in the microwave, swirled and then poured the rest into the egg mixture to bake. It is great to have it hot out of the oven.

  3. My very first recipe from Recipeczar, and I'm eating it right now :] Anyways, this is one simple recipe to make. I didn't even mess it up, and I'm a terrible chef. Also, half of the recipe is veryyy filling. I did not use onions(Not because I didn't want to, just because I forgot to buy them :} It tasted good without, but I see how it could taste even better with. I also left it in for 18 minutes in the oven because the eggs weren't set at 15. But it didn't come out burned or anything. Verrryy cheesy and eggy. I would not reccomend this to someone who likes eggs only somewhat. Also, it kinda makes you sick if you eat more than half, so I would actually reccomend this for 3 people.

  4. Very tastey and easy. I like the fact that you don't have to babysit the eggs. They came out soft and cheesy.
