  • 1 12 lbs new potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 2 cups cheese, three cheese blend, shredded
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 14 cup sliced green onion, for topping (more or less as desired)

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine potatoes, onion, seasoned salt and garlic salt.
  • Stir until the potatoes are coated with the seasoning. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Dot the top of the potatoes with cubed butter.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Remove pan from oven, then add shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Return pan to the oven and back for another 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with the sliced green onions before serving.
