- 354.88 ml swiss cheese (6oz)
- 8 slice cooked bacon
- 3 eggs
- 236.59 ml cream
- 118.29 ml milk
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 0.61 ml cayenne
- 2.46 ml mustard powder
- 1 frozen pie shell
directions
- Sprinkle cheese & bacon into pie shell.
- Beat remaining ingredients.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Made this for PAC Fall 07 and so glad I did, this was easy and soooo good. I made my own pie crust as didn't have frozen and used both chedder and swiss cheese as I like the blend. Also cut the recipe in half as it's only me, then put it in a small pan. It turned out wonderful. I've been wanting to learn to make a quiche and this was the perfect recipe. Thanks DillyPie for posting, I truly enjoyed.
