  1. Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
  2. Fill with bacon and cheese; secure with toothpicks.
  3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  4. In large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  5. Drain one can of tomatoes, discarding juice.
  6. Add to skillet along with the undrained can of tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with basil.
  8. Cover & simmer 10 minutes.
  9. Uncover & simmer 5 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, and tomato mixture is thickened.
