Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Bake the pie shell for 12 minutes or until just golden.
  3. Let it cool for 8 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
  5. Cook onions in oil till tender.
  6. Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pie shell. Top with bacon and onion.
  7. Combine the remaining ingredients.
  8. Pour over cheese in pie shell.
  9. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
  10. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
