  1. in a large bowl, whisk together the flour,cornmeal,sugar,baking powder,salt,baking soda,black pepper.
  2. stir in the jalapeno, corn,scallions and crumbled bacon.
  3. in medium bowl whisk eggs with the sour cream and melted butter, fold wet ingredients into the dry until blended. pour batter into muffin cups.
  4. bake in pre-heated 350* oven for 20 minuted or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
