  • Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  • Form into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cook on grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes each side.
  • Toast 4 buns and spread with mayo, add avacado slices, and cooked bacon.

  1. I can't figure out why this burger is called Bacon-Mex but I can say that it is one great burger! I made it as written and cooked them on a George Foreman grill. We really enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing. Made for Football Pool 2012.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
