  1. Place broccoli in a large pan of boiling water. Cook three to five minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender; drain. Fry bacon in a non-stick skillet. Remove bacon with slotted spoon and crumble. Add broccoli, bacon, salt, and pepper to bacon drippings. Coat broccoli. Cook for one minute.
