Directions

  1. Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese over each. Dot with butter and a little salt. Roll up chicken and wrap each with bacon strip. Place seam side down in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
  3. To brown bacon, broil after baking, 6 inches from heat for about 3 minutes or unti bacon is crisp.
