- 4 bagels
- salt
- chili powder
- oil (for deep frying)
directions
- Slice bagels in half and then cut into 1cm slices.
- Deep fry til brown and crunchy, remove to paper towels.
- sprinkle with salt and chili powder on both sides and serve.
