- 3 1⁄2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 ounces cold coffee
- 1 scoop coffee ice cream
- 1 ounce milk
directions
- Just blend the ingredients together.
- pour in a parfait glass.

Good Golly Miss Molly. I could make a pitcher and stick a straw in that and just sip all day long. I made it with full everything but only a half amount. Try it, you'll adore it, 'nuff said! :D -
This was sooooo wonderful, V!!! Just loved it!! I did sneak a little chocolate in there, hope you don't mind! And hung a small scoop of coffee ice cream on the rim, along with a little whipped cream and a cherry! Haha!! It was much needed and pure HEAVEN!! Thank you so very much!! I just LOVED it!! :) -
This was super yummy! I did use a bit less baileys since I am nursing still and it always ends up that he wants to nurse right after I have a drink lol. Anyway I also used fat free half and half for this and coffee ice cubes for the coffee portion since I had them. I topped mine with whip cream too! Thanks for a great drink that comes very close to a favorite at a restaurant! -
Ooooh, this little baby is so good! I did have a last minute inspiration and added a little bit of Hershey's chocolate syrup to the mix. I blended all the ingredients in my Magic Bullet with about 8 ice cubes and made a delicious Baileys Mocha Frappuccino. Thanks V! -
It was cold, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The perfect dessert drink. It was an adult milkshake, and could easily be very dangerous if not consumed in moderation. Fabulous recipe.

I don't think there's anything better than spending time with family and friends and enjoying delicious food together. I just love food.
