  • Place the ice cubes, Baileys, instant coffee and milk in the jug of a blender and blend until almost smooth.
  • Swirl the chocolate topping around the rim of 2 serving glasses. Top with the Baileys mixture to serve.

  2. Made for Aus/NZ Swap 40. WOW!!!!!!!! This is soooooo good! How super simple and delicious this is. Can we have it for breakfast? LOL My only complaint is that this is an addicting tate and I love it enough to make it all day on the weekends. Will be making this for the Memorial day weekend party as the signature drink! YUMMMM!!!!!
     
  3. Tasted just like a java milkshake. I added a touch of chocolate topping to the mix as well as rimming the glass. Smooth!
     
  4. Mmmmmmm...so smooth and creamy. It tasted almost like a milkshake. I swirled the chocolate in the glass instead of on the rim. These are going to be great for my summer get-togethers. I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
