“I found this recipe on another site. Since it's baked and doesn't have eggs in it, I thought that the recipe looked like something I'd want to post here for safekeeping. I don't normally use soymilk but may try this anyway or use skim milk.”

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
  3. In casserole, stir together apples, oats, raisins, cinnamon, salt, soymilk and syrup.
  4. Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
  5. Pour additional soymilk over each serving; sprinkle with walnuts.
