I haven't yet tried this recipe, but I wanted to share a website I found for converting weights to volumes.

http://www.traditionaloven.com/tutorials/conversion.html

I found this site very helpful. It seems that 125 g of flour equals 1 cup, 100 g of honey is not quite 5 tablespoons, and 100 g of butter is 7 tablespoons.

This looks easy and sounds good. I intend to try it very soon. Then I'll be in a better position to rate it.

Delightful! We started drooling while this was cooking as it fill the house with such a tasty aroma. This is really nice right out of the oven with all that wonderful warm honey and apple yumm. DH and I both thought would be great with vanilla ice cream, but sadly had to settle for a dollop of cream as we were out of ice cream. Made as written. Thanks so much for the post.

Like another reviewer, I used conversions to make this recipe. And I wonder if something wasn't working correctly in the conversion feature, because we didn't detect any honey sweetness at all and felt the flour dominated over all the flavors. But I did like the idea of this Baked Apple Pudding recipe, and it's a great way to use our extra apples. So I will continue to experiment with this recipe until I find the right U.S. conversions that work well for us. Thanks, Lalaloula.

I doubled this recipe, to serve the family. They liked it but it was a little floury, but I think it was the apples............. so I am going to make this again with cooking apples. Overall it was easy and great flavours...give or take a floury apple or 2 !!! Served with ice-cream and cream. The family did like this recipe and it is so easy to prepare, but I think a different type apple will make for a delicous pudding next time! Thanks Loula, I will try again with a different type apple.
