  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove the cores from the apples and use a sharp knife to cut a slit through the skin around the middle. Place in an ovenproof dish.
  • Fill the hollows with raspberries, adding the rest around in the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon juice and lemon and drizzle with honey.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
