  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Filling: Heat oil in medium skillet.
  4. Add mushrooms, celery and garlic; sauté until tender.
  5. Remove from heat; mix in artichoke hearts, green onions, marjoram, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
  6. Add in cheese and eggs; mix well and set aside.
  7. Pastry: Mix flour and salt in medium bowl.
  8. Blend oil and milk in separate bowl; add to flour mixture.
  9. Stir with fork until mixture forms into a ball.
  10. Press dough in bottom and slightly up sides of 13x9 inch baking pan.
  11. Spread filling mixture onto crust.
  12. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
  13. Cool slightly, cut into 24 squares.
  14. Serve warm.
