Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut each banana in half lengthwise and place cut side down in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Brush with the butter.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  5. Combine the orange juice, brown sugar, and orange peel and pour over bananas.
  6. Bake 10 minutes longer.
  7. Serve with ice cream for a special treat!
