Made for the *Gimme 5* game, this truly is a simple & wonderful treat. I tagged it because it sounded so good & delayed making it because it scared me, but I was determined to get over my fear of my 1st flambe + capture the moment on film. I managed the former, but failed w/the latter as I tried to keep my wits about me & be ready to fight a flash-fire. I made a 2-banana version & split it into 2 servings. The prep is make-ahead easy & the result ideal for a spec romantic occasion or guests you want to impress. All you really do is a quick assembly & pop it in the oven based on when you want to serve dessert. A lovely recipe, Nimz, & now a *Zaar Star* too. Thx for sharing it w/us. :-)

I was one of the original members of Recipezaar that was truly a community of individuals that enjoyed each other in forums and chat rooms. I've been a member of this site since 2003. Made some tremendous friends that I still think of often. I'll continue coming here because my recipes are here and so many more that I tried over the years as a member. It's just a tad boring now and just another recipe site like all the rest. Sad.
