  1. This is really simple and really tasty, I'll be using this one again. good work!

  2. The sauce combination (barbecue sauce, honey and red wine vinegar) had nice flavor (if a little sweet) but was also very watery. Otherwise, 40 minutes total at 350 'F is way too long, even for normal thickly cut boneless pork chops. Mine came out way overdone--perhaps I should have known better. I'm guessing closer to 15 minutes per side would have done the job.

  3. Loved it! Simple and easy to prepare. Next time I will spray the dish with some no-stick spray to make cleanup a little bit easier.

I love to cook and have been expanding my knowledge here for over a year. My fiancee moved in with me around the time I started frequenting this site because I had to make the same things taste different so we will not get bored. I am about to graduate with my BFA in Art Education in May. My wedding is in June, soooo my plate is pretty full physically and metaphorically... I think the greatest thing about this site is not only do you learn new ways to cook great tasting meals, but you also become more capable of making up your own recipes. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
