  1. Made these for a bar b q with friends and it was great. Loved all the flavors, kind of sweet but not to much just what I was looking for. So easy and ingrediants I had on hand. I did change the prep a little, sauted the onions and bacon together then put all in a cassarole dish, covered with shredded cheese and baked in the oven. YUM, everyone loved it.

  2. I like to include these baked beans when we go camping or to the lake. They are sweet and spicy and go great with hot dogs or tri-tip. My boys love love love this recipe. My recipe was removed due to duplication, but I call these "Kicked up Baked Beans" cuz they really are kicked up a notch. I give this recipe more than 5 stars.... ~V

Cooking is what I do. I love looking for new recipes. I have three daughters, the last one left for college this year. Being a military family gives us the opportunity to try a variety of cuisine's from all over the world. I learned to cook from watching my father while I was growing up and have loved cooking as long as I can remember. A big thank you to everyone for this wonderful site.
