Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken; stir and cook until browned.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Add rice, onions, bell pepper and garlic in same saucepan; stir and cook 2 minutes.
  5. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl; mix well.
  6. Spoon mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake 50 minutes or until rice is cooked.
