  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Cover cauliflower with salted water and boil 15 minutes or until partly done. Drain.
  • Cut into flowerets and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  • Arrange in shallow oven proof dish. Sprinkle with cheese and salt.
  • Bake until cheese is melted 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.

  1. This turned out great, but not sure it was worth all the effort. To boil, fry and bake was a bit much for a simple result. That being said it did taste great and would be wonderful if you have leftover cooked cauliflower. I used Mozzarella cheese, since I made this for my ZWT7 visit to Italy.
