Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 ounces muenster cheese, shredded and divided in half (I use any kind)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 34 cup flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 cup chopped salami or 12 cup pepperoni or 12 cup turkey bacon, etc
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • chopped sweet pepper, as desired

Directions

  1. Combine half the cheese with all remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into a well-buttered 8" pie pan. Bake @ 425* for 30 minutes.
  3. Top with remaining cheese and bake 2 minute more.
