6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
flour for coating chicken
oil for browning chicken
Sauce
¹⁄₂ cup white vinegar
³⁄₄ cup brown sugar
2 cups tomato paste
2 teaspoons salt
¹⁄₄ cup mustard
¹⁄₄ chopped onion
¹⁄₄ chopped green pepper
¹⁄₄ cup chopped celery
³⁄₄ teaspoon ground cloves
³⁄₄ teaspoon allspice
2 ¹⁄₄ teaspoons chili powder

directions

Mix all sauce ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer about 20 minutes. While sauce is cooking, flour chicken breasts and brown in a small amount of oil. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Cover with barbeque sauce. Cover baking dish with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
