Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken or 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 cup slivered almonds
  • 14 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 34 cup grated or finely chopped cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup crushed French-fried onions

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except for cheese and onion.
  2. Cheese and top and cover with onions.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
