- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion (sauteed)
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 egg whites (Stiff)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
directions
- Fold mixture together and put into baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers and/or miniature bread slices.
