  1. I used what we call a Maryland cut (thigh and leg intact) and baked at 180C fan forced for 50 minutes but I may have to up the temperature a little as the skin was not as crispy as usual but was still very moist and very flavourable and the DM and I thoroughly enjoyed, I did sprinkle with extra sesame seeds after I spray with oil (instead of using butter or margarine) but overall a very nice an enjoyable oven baked crumbed chicken, thank you muffin207, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.

  2. This was very nice and I will make it again. I added 1/4 teaspoon of chilli and double dipped chicken breast fillets and sprayed with olive oil like Bondnz did. Cooked for 30 min as my oven is a bit slow.

  3. Yum! This chicken was great! I added some lemon juice & crushed chili to the garlic rub for a bit more kick. I also double dipped chicken pieces (egg, flour, egg, flour) for some extra crunch & just sprayed with a bit of oil before baking. They were awesome! I'll definitely be sticking this into regular rotation! Thanks :)

  4. I really liked this and so did my boyfriend. The seasoning wasn't terribly spicy, which was really good for us. It was easy to make too. Thank you!
