- Pour water into a mixing bowl and add milk. Stir to dissolve.
- Add eggs and beat well. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and butter. Mis for about 2 minutes.
- Oil a casserole and pour in mixture. Make a water bath (1/2 way up casserole) with a larger pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes - until an inserted knife comes out clean. Cool 1-2 hours before serving.
