"This easy chicken can be served hot right out of the oven, or cold. Leftover's are great lunch next day. You can spice up by adding cayenne pepper to the crumb mixture. Make the dip ahead of time, because it needs to refrigerate for an hour. Enjoy"

directions

  • heat over to 350*F.
  • in a 13x9 baking pan, melt butter in oven.
  • stir together first 6 ingredients (except chicken).
  • dip chicken in butter, then coat with crumb mixture.
  • place chicken in pan.
  • bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile: mix all dip ingredients.
  • mix well.
  • refrigerate for 1 hour.
