  1. heat over to 350*F.
  2. in a 13x9 baking pan, melt butter in oven.
  3. stir together first 6 ingredients (except chicken).
  4. dip chicken in butter, then coat with crumb mixture.
  5. place chicken in pan.
  6. bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Meanwhile: mix all dip ingredients.
  8. mix well.
  9. refrigerate for 1 hour.
